Joint Initiatives for Youth + Families offers a range of supports, including Universal Pre-K (UPK) navigation; business consultation and quality improvement coaching for early childhood education programs; supports for opening a child care business, financial assistance for families, and Individualized Service and Support Teams (ISST) for children, youth, and families.
